What helps: what you did, what happened, and what you expected. A screenshot is worth a paragraph. If it involves your training data, You → Data → Export file and attach the JSON — it is only your own workouts, and it lets me reproduce the problem exactly.

Keeping your data safe

Overload stores everything on your phone, so a backup is up to you.

Moving to a new phone

Export on the old phone, install Overload on the new one, then Import → Replace. The same applies when you move from a sideloaded copy to the Play version: Android treats them as different apps, so export first, uninstall, install from Play, and import.

Subscription questions

How do I cancel?

In the Play Store: your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Overload → Cancel. You keep everything until the period you have paid for runs out, and then the app falls back to the free plan. Nothing you made is deleted.

I subscribed but the app still looks locked

Open You → I already subscribed. That asks Play again. If it still says free plan, check you are signed in to the Play account that subscribed.

I paid but I want a refund

Google handles the money, so refunds go through Google Play. If something about the app pushed you to it, tell me too — that is useful.

Common questions

Why did the weight it suggested go down?

The engine reads your logged reps and reps-in-reserve. Two sessions under target, or reps falling below the range, and it proposes a step back. Every proposal shows its reason on the card, and you can always overrule it.

Do I need an account?

No. There is no sign-in and no server.

Does it work offline?

Entirely. The only thing that needs a connection is checking your subscription with Google Play, and the last answer is remembered, so training offline is fine.
